 We are here not only as a retailer but also as enthusiasts, with our team active in a variety of optic activities such as birding, carp fishing and horse racing.

We believe this gives us a real edge in advising our customers on how to get the best out of there optics and we are passionate in maintaining, delivering and enhancing our competitive advantage to continuously improve the service we proudly provide.

 Walton Optics is the digital service provider for Walton Cameras, our optical store which was established in 1984. We are proud to offer a ‘clicks and mortar’ business where our customers can take great confidence in knowing there is a human presence behind the online store.

We have worked hard on establishing our highly respected reputation within the optical industry, and as a result of our endeavour we have built up strong relationships with our suppliers and repair agents, enabling us to provide a comprehensive service to our customers.

As we begin to build our presence on the web, we will be branching out into a variety of social networks and new media industries to provide optics related content in many interactive ways through as many mediums possible.

We will be launching our bird watching blog very soon, which will feature the diary of an active birder, the shots captured and reports on locations visited. Our twitter page will deliver the latest news in optics, and our YouTube page will host a collection of optically related videos!

Alongside this our facebook page will operate as the hub of optical activity where customers are encouraged to share news, information, events and images. We aim to utilise these platforms in a way that will benefit our customers and offer an interactive environment, but also to gain feedback and most importantly, the opportunity to communicate with our customers in real time.

Going forward we will be actively developing our business and we will strive to promote our passion for all things optical. We are interested in moving some of our camera and astronomy lines onto the web, to further enhance our digital portfolio and also to provide complete optical solutions for our customers.
